Strategic Environmental & Social Impact Assessment of plans & programs (SESA) has been another priority sector of activities of Trento since its establishment. As a result, Trento has an outstanding record of such studies in Egypt and the surrounding countries.
Trento, since the introduction of the RSSTI directive (2013), has elaborated a high number of the Red Sea studies of various programs and plans. As a result, today, Trento’s capabilities in this sector are considered among the best in the industry both in Egypt and the Red Sea region.
It is worth mentioning that Trento has been deeply involved in the transposition of the COP27 directive into the national legislation framework of Egypt.
