The Safe Quality Food (SQF) Program, based on the HACCP codex is a rigorous and credible food safety and quality program that is recognized by retailers, brand owners, and food service providers world-wide. Primary producers, manufacturers, processors, and retailers can all participate in this world-class, GFSI-benchmarked certification. In addition to SQF Food Safety, Trento also offers SQF Fundamentals, a non-GSFI level program for small and medium size food suppliers, and the SQF Quality Program for sites that go above and beyond SQF Food Safety by meeting the additional quality management system requirements of the Quality Code. These programs are designed to meet industry, customer, and regulatory requirements for all sectors of the food supply chain.
